Sales Team & Merchandising
Six (6) experienced pharmaceutical sales representatives, who together have over 100 years experience, service all pharmacies and institutions weekly. Key accounts are visited twice weekly as necessary. These sales reps work closely with our with our Sales and Marketing Managers and other key personnel to ensure quality customer service in their specific areas. Additions are made as necessary.
Two (2) merchandisers - merchandising OTC products and rotating stock, as per expiry dates at all outlets to minimize returns.
Twenty seven (27) supermarket sales reps supported by 25 merchandisers also sell OTC drugs to all licensed supermarkets. Additionally, ten (10) van sales men sell OTC drugs to "Mom & Pop" outlets.

Distribution
The department provides an excellent distribution system covering all pharmacies and licensed supermarkets in Trinidad and Tobago from our distribution centres at Trincity and San Fernando.

Delivery
Delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours of ordering. The Pharmaceutical Department also offers a same day Express Delivery Service in key areas.

Night Service
Telephone answering machines allow customers to place orders at night at both locations.

We offer standard credit terms of 30 days on account to all major customers.
